iPad Applications for the CRE Professional
Just about a year and half ago as the iPad was introduced to the world, I posted about the device and speculated whether commercial real estate professionals would incorporate this mobile technology into their business. As expected there were some early adopters but for the most part it was just a cool new toy to play with and a device for the younger generation of brokers. CoStar Group’s recent release of their version of an iPad application appears to have heightened and accelerated interest among commercial real estate types in using a mobile tablet device, specifically the iPad.
