One of the nation’s leading health systems and academic medical centers, Houston Methodist consists of 143 locations including seven hospitals: Houston Methodist Hospital, its flagship academic hospital in the Texas Medical Center, and six community hospitals throughout the Greater Houston metropolitan area.

  • Land Acquisition: Site selection and acquisition of a total of 86 acres for development of the Methodist Hospital West Houston Campus, which consisted of two contiguous tracts of 46 and 40 acres located at Interstate 10 at Barker Cypress Road in Katy, Texas.
  • Land Acquisition: Site selection and acquisition of 5 parcels for development of Emergency Care Centers throughout the Greater Houston area.
  • Tenant Representation: Tenant Representation and Lease Advisory services for 26 leased locations totaling over 280,000 square feet.
  • Disposition: Sale of the San Jacinto Methodist Hospital Decker Campus located in Baytown, Texas, a 391,064 square foot acute care hospital facility including two medical office buildings located on 11 acres.
