  • Represented Cambridge Properties in the acquisition of 2060 Space Park Drive (46,650 SF)  and 18100 St. John’s Blvd (46,956 SF) in Nassau Bay, Texas.
  • Represented Grammercy Capital Corporation in the sale 2200 NASA, a 32,791 square foot MOB in Nassau Bay, Texas.
  • Represented Jana Holdings in the investment sale of 6243 Fairmont Parkway, a 36,170 square foot MOB in Pasadena, Texas.
  • Represented Upendra Sahu in the sale of 12790 S. Kirkwood, a 12,790 square foot MOB in Stafford, Texas to Odyssey Healthcare.
