Video is the Future of Marketing
I have previously pointed out that the use of video has also been an under utilized tool by the commercial real estate industry as it pertains to social media and digital marketing. My colleague in Toronto, Chris Fyvie points out that, “video is finally cheap enough to produce to go mainstream Internet.”
I suspect we will begin to see more creative use of this powerful medium by commercial real estate brands and individual professionals in the near future as we are certain to hone our video production skills. I should point out self-producing high quality video is much harder than it appears on the surface. I for one have yet to produce any video content of my own and you can attribute that to the perfectionist in me. Perhaps it is time for me to finally dive into producing video content, but I will likely outsource to a professional. High quality video stands way out above the crowd.
