- Represented The Methodist Hospital in the disposition of the San Jacinto Methodist Hospital-Decker Campus a 288,000 square foot acute care hospital facility on 10.5 acres in Baytown, Texas
- Represented The Methodist Hospital in the acquisition of 86 acres at Interstate 10 and Barker Cypress Road in Houston, Texas for development of their West Houston Hospital Campus
- Represented The Methodist Hospital in a 26,794 square foot office lease at Medical Towers in the Texas Medical Center
- Represented The Methodist Hospital in the acquisition of 1.56 acres located at Main Street and Holcombe in the Texas Medical Center
- Represented Devereaux Hospital in the acquisition of 51 acres on FM 518 in League City, Texas for development of a 125,000 square Psychiatric Hospital Campus
- Represented The Cirrus Group in the acquisition of two Medical Office Buildings in the Cleveland, Ohio Market totaling 74,000 square feet
- Represented Jana Holdings in the investment sale of 6243 Fairmont Parkway, a 36,170 square foot Medical Office Building in Pasadena, Texas
- Represented Psychology Service Corp., in a single tenant 8,400 square feet to the Watershed at 20 Professional Park in Webster, Texas and subsequently the sale of the 8,400 square foot project to a 1031 exchange investor.
- Numerous tenant representation lease transactions for private physician groups and dentists throughout the greater Houston marketplace.
