This Week in the Economy

The Dow ended the week up 0.4%, while the S&P climbed 0.2%. The Nasdaq was in negative territory for the week, losing 0.1%.

On the commercial real estate front, the CoStar Commercial Repeat Sale Indices reported broader based pricing gains among property types while Trepp, LLC reported that the 30+ days delinquency rate for U.S. CMBS loans reached an all-time high in June.
