I started this blog over 4 years ago and this week something happened that has never happened before. I didn’t have time or should I say make the time to post any new articles. I spent the week in Atlanta at the Colliers Americas conference with 1,500 of my colleagues from around the world.

The event was 3 days of fun, collaboration and education where I got to know dozens of new colleagues and caught up with some of our professionals that I have had the privilege of working on assignments with in the past.

Needless to say face-to-face networking is hard work. It’s taxing for an old guy to stay out late every night. So no blog posts this week, but all the collaboration the past few days has given me numerous ideas for some upcoming posts. When you hang out with a bunch of smart people for 3 days, good things happen.
