I practice in the Houston office of Colliers International, a global real estate service firm and industry leader.  I am passionate about commercial real estate and serving my clients. Yes, I have plenty of experience, technical knowledge and a proven track record as many brokers and service providers do.  I pride myself on really getting to know my client’s, understanding their challenges and their goals. My mission is to formulate real estate strategy and execute transactions that help you in meeting those challenges and achieve your business objectives. You can retain a broker who is perfectly qualified to “get the deal done” or a choose partner who’s goal is to accelerate your success. I strive to be the latter. PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS

During my career I have been directly involved in over four (4) million square feet of office lease and sales transactions and the brokerage of over 700 acres of commercial land sites for a wide variety of clients ranging from Fortune 500 Corporations to Houston based firms and small businesses.

I have extensive experience assisting corporate office and industrial space users with their facilities requirements throughout the Greater Houston area and other U.S markets including, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Seattle, Phoenix, St. Louis, Cleveland, Denver and Miami.

I have significant experience in the Healthcare sector including major hospital systems, private physician groups and medical office building owners, assisting with office lease transactions, property disposition and land acquisition for development. I am also an active member of the  Colliers International National Healthcare Services Group.
