I am pleased to announce the sale of 2200 NASA on behalf of First State Investors 74 to CLW Real Estate, LP. 2200 NASA is located at 2200 NASA Parkway at the corner of NASA Parkway and St. John’s Boulevard directly across the street from NASA’s Johnson Space Center and adjacent to the Christus-St. John’s Hospital Campus. The improvements include a 32,791 square foot office building and 1,872 square feet drive-through banking facility situated on 5.75 acres of land.
