Recent Transactions

I am fairly consistent about avoiding blatant self promotion here on “The Tenant Advisor” and my various social media accounts. My reputation as a prolific social media user in commercial real estate is certainly out there and people often ask how I dedicate so much time to social marketing. However, I do work on real estate deals and wanted to acknowledge and thank a few clients for the opportunity to represent them in these recently completed transactions.

W.P. Carey & Company

W.P. Carey and Company has sold Bay Terrace I & II to Houston based Braun Enterprises. The two properties located at 17155 Feathercraft and 555 Forge River in Houston total 205,000 square feet. Tenants include Lockheed Martin, United Space Alliance, Raytheon and Astrotech. David Carter and Coy Davidson both in the Houston office of Colliers International represented W.P. Carey & Company in the disposition.

Houston Methodist Hospital

Houston Methodist Hospital has acquired 2.8 acres at the corner of Broadway and Kirby Drive in Pearland, Texas for future development of a free-standing emergency care center. Coy Davidson of Colliers International represented the Methodist Hospital System and Felix Zamikovsky with New Regional Planning represented the Seller.

Houston Methodist Hospital  leased 6,616 square feet at Corporate Centre Texas in Webster, Coy Davidson of Colliers International represented The Methodist Hospital System. David R. David of Warehouse Associates represented the Landlord.

Decorative Center Houston

PreCash Services leased 17,356 square feet of office space at the Decorative Center Houston located at 5120 Woodway in the Galleria submarket. Scott Wegmann of Cushman and Wakefield represented the tenant and Coy Davidson of Colliers International represented the Landlord, Decorative Center Houston.

Braun Enterprises

Astrotech Corporation has leased 16,540 square feet of office /flex space at Bay Terrace II located at 555 Forge River Road in the NASA/Clear Lake Submarket. Josh Delk in the Austin office of Transwestern and Jude Fillipone in the Houston office of Transwestern represented the tenant. Coy Davidson in the Houston office of Colliers International represented the Landlord, Braun Enterprises.
