Manhattan

So I am headed back to New York City next week for a sneak peak of RealConnex prior its official launch. I am always excited to see my friends at The News Funnel who is the exclusive news and media content partner of RealConnex.

realconnex2RealConnex, is a unique industry-specific website set to launch in early 2014, is reaching out to real estate investors and lenders to pre-register at the site prior to its official launch. Companies that join early will enjoy the benefits of VIP access.

RealConnex is a business-to-business networking site strictly devoted to real estate professionals. It serves to provide the groundwork for real estate deals by targeting, aggregating and then matching members of the site with targeted business development opportunities.

$150 – 200 billion of real estate transactions are executed annually in the USA by professionals across nine key disciplines: Developers, Investors, Lenders, Real Estate Advisers, Lawyers, Brokers, Design, Build, Engineering, etc. RealConnex matches these professionals to deals and to each other against sector specific criteria. It allows members to build practical professional networking environments and develop new business in ways that were never possible before, at a fraction of the cost.

Best described as Match.com meets LinkedIn for the professional real estate community, RealConnex translates the sensitivities, confidentialities and legacy methods of an $11 trillion industry into a powerful and disruptive on-line solution.

For more information, please visit http://www.realconnex.com/.

I am looking forward to learning about this new platform and will provide a complete review upon my return from New York City. Looking at the weather forecast in New York City for next week, some shopping may be required prior to the trip for some warmer clothing.
