Conde Naste Lease Finalizes 1WTC Lease

I don’t typically comment much on the New York City office market. However, the events of September 11, 2001, will never be forgotten and the World Trade Center is such an iconic piece of real estate for our country. Today the New York Times is reporting that Conde Naste Publications has finalized a much anticipated lease for one million square feet of office space at 1 World Trade Center in a lease transaction estimated to be valued at $2 billion, over the 25 year lease term.
