KBR Inks Energy Corridor Lease

KBR Inc. has signed an 11-year lease for 78,000 square feet  of office space in the 350,000-square-foot Eldridge Oaks building located in the Energy Corridor at 1080 Eldridge Parkway. The office building developed by  Transwestern in West Houston more than a year ago had yet to secure a tenant prior to KBR lease. The global engineering, construction and services company has an expansion option for another 130,000 square feet in the building.
