Zell Blasts Dodd-Frank and Healthcare Reform

We have seen some fairly positive economic news this week on the jobs front from various economic indicators as we anxiously wait for the government’s employment report to be released tomorrow.

I wrote in my post last August “The Problem with the Office Market” that those of us that make our living leasing office space whether on the Landlord or Tenant side of the equation understand the return to health for the national office market is all about jobs and that the single biggest impediment to job creation is uncertainty.

Sam Zell, chairman of Equity Investments, weighs in on the subject of economic stability in this CNBC interview:
