A Unique Office Environment Just South of Houston

Houston is a huge city, and a large office market of over 200 million square feet. We have our fair share of signature office towers dotting our skyline in the Central Business District, Galleria / West Loop, Greenway Plaza and in the Energy Corridor. In addition we have some attractive office inventory in our outer suburban markets as well, The Woodlands, and Sugar Land come to mind.

South Shore Harbour is a mixed used development approximately 20 miles Southeast of downtown Houston in the NASA / Clear Lake submarket. Nestled on the South shore of Clear Lake adjacent to the South Shore Harbour Resort and Conference Center are three “Class A” office projects overlooking the Marina, which houses an impressive collection of yachts. Amenities available, in addition to the Marina, Hotel and Conference Center are the state of art 130,000 square foot fitness center and the 27-hole, South Shore Harbour Golf and Country Club.

The Woodlands has the Waterway office projects on basically a man-made lake, but South Shore Harbour is one of the truly unique office environments in the Houston area marketplace for companies desiring to locate in the Bay Area Houston region. The three office buildings in the South Shore Harbour resort and conference center include:
