Houston Office Sublease Market Update

No Significant Shift in Sublease Market

Exactly five months ago I reported on Houston’s office sublease market taking a look at the volume of sublease space available in the marketplace as well as the distribution of available sublease space throughout Houston’s various submarkets. In summary, the office sublease market has not experienced any substantial change over the past five months. I view this as evidence the bleeding has stopped and while there are no strong signs a market recovery is imminent, it is a solid indicator the Houston office market has stabilized.
