This Week in the Economy

The Dow Jones industrial average ended the week down 2%. The S&P 500 lost 2.5% for the week, and the Nasdaq dropped 1.9%. The main economic news was the October Jobs Report which indicated the U.S Labor Market added 80,000 jobs to the payrolls. On the real estate front, Site Selection Magazine named Texas the state with the best business climate for 2011 and Colliers International released its 3Q-2011 U.S. Retail Highlights Report.
