The Dow recorded its second consecutive weekly decline, falling 0.4%, while the S&P 500 (+ 0.1%) and Nasdaq (+0.4%) recouped their losses from earlier in the week, and posted their fourth straight week of gains. On the commercial real estate front the big news in Texas was Gov. Rick Perry announcement that Apple will expand its presence in Texas with a $304 million investment in a new campus in Austin that will create more than 3,600 new jobs.
