Workplace of the Future—What is it?

The rapid deployment of new technology is changing how we work resulting in new office designs for the workplace of the future. The 21st century belongs to the knowledge worker and technology is the backbone of business today.

Archtitecture and design firm SmithGroupJJR created this video showcasing client projects and highlighting the open and team-based design. A key take-away from the video is the new open and collaborative office designs are not about actually decreasing the office sizes as much as they are re-appropriating and giving the workspace a new balance.
