It’s Over, Back to Work!

by CoyDavidson on November 7, 2012

Will the game changing combo of the election and super-storm Sandy cause the other shoe to drop in the bifurcated CRE market everywhere but the gateway cities?

Yes, the sub-title is sarcastic poke of how CRE over uses the latest buzz-words and must write an article of how the hot topic of the day will impact commercial real estate. No my candidate didn’t win. No sour grapes, back to work, lease some space, close some deals!

I do have one question, “why is Florida always so confused?”
