Tenant Representation is a Team Sport

by CoyDavidson on November 25, 2011

Securing and delivering a great new office space for your company requires the collaborative effort from a team professionals involving multiple disciplines which typically includes a tenant representative, architect/designer, project manager and contractor. In addition, from a transactional standpoint a good real estate lawyer is required as well. The best tenant representatives possess the skills to assemble, coordinate and manage, the diversified team of professionals involved in the leasing process.

Chris Fyvie, my colleague based in Toronto specializes in working with technology companies and put together this video highlighting the collaborative effort on his recent project with Mozilla.

  • Thanks Coy!  Will I see you at the Colliers conference this week?
